Does anyone try to keep an active dream journal?
I've tried in the past but it always seems difficult to keep it going.
However, for some reason I'm starting to have lots of dreams in one night. I wake up from one, roll over, go back to sleep, and have another one that is completely different.
So, I think I'm going to try to write some of them down.

Re: Dream Journals?
08/02I write my dreams down in my regular journal. (I once tried to keep a separate dream journal, but I do better keeping everything in one place.)
During the writing I usually start remembering additional details, even if I remember only snatches at first. I'll go through periods where I remember nothing at all, followed by a gaggle of remembered dreams. My journal is unlined, so sometimes I'll also draw scenes from a dream -- the placement of people and objects. My drawings are mediocre at best, but they're meant to be recorded memories, not art.
Good luck and have fun! -

Re: Dream Journals?
08/02not regular, but in my diary, I've written a few down. I find the process very interesting and often illuminating
