    <summary type="html">What do you call someone who is in charge of a will?  I was doing an editing check on a short story I wrote and realize I referred to a character as being "an executor of the will"  I honestly don't even know if that is right, but I thought I would check.  Also, what do you call someone's belongings?  An estate?  Also, what does it take to transfer property?  A simple signature?   &#xD;

It's only a small part of the story, but I would rather it be correct than not.</summary>
